# Start/Delete Msg Event

Learn how to start message collecting events

**`%msgevent` will give you a overview of the command**

### Create a Message Collecting Event:

* **`%msgevent create  <name> <cpm> <duration>` --> This creates a msgevent with the given name and the set up duration.**
* **The Name must be one word use - for words longer than one word**
* **Ex: `%msgevent create Donation-For-Every-Message 1 2d` -> This creates a message collecting event for 1d with 1 coins per message.**
* **Get the Leaderboard with `%lb event` and your own balance with `%bal`**

### Delete Message Collecting Event:

* **`%msgevent delete` -> This will delete the current event and wipe out all msg count of the event on every user**
