Counting & Suggestion

All count and suggest commands

Counting Commands:

• %countsetup : Setup the counting system

• %count : will give the highest count, the next number to count and the last user which counted.

Suggestion Commands:

• %suggest : Suggest your suggestion, which will be sent in the setup channel
